Family Creative Learning is a workshop series that engages children and their parents to learn together — as designers and inventors — through the use of creative technologies. The workshops are designed to strengthen the social support and expertise of families with limited access to resources and experiences around computing.
You and your family! (Recommended age for children participating is 7-12)
Free dinner and childcare provided.
No experience with technology needed.
Design and invent together with your family using creative tools like Scratch.
With Scratch, you can program your own games, animations, and stories.
Meet other families from Tacoma and learn about how creativity and computing is relevant to you, your family, and your community.
